Chimr looks after the online presence of your local business, drafting review replies and posts in your voice and bringing your messages into one inbox. By using Chimr you agree to these terms. You need to be the owner of the business, or be authorised to act for it, to connect its accounts. By creating an account or using Chimr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Chimr helps local-business owners create, review, and publish social media content to connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business). Drafts are prepared for you and published only after you approve them, except where you explicitly enable automated publishing.
You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for the business you manage in Chimr.
You sign in by mobile number and one-time passcode. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone number secure.
When you connect a platform, you authorize Chimr to access and manage that profile on your behalf to provide the service. You remain responsible for complying with each platform's terms and for the content you approve for publishing.
You own your business content. You grant Chimr a license to store, process, adapt, and publish that content as needed to provide the service. You're responsible for reviewing and approving content before it's published.
Nothing posts or sends without your okay. Chimr drafts, you approve. You are responsible for what you approve, so give it a read before you tap send. You can edit any draft, and you can turn approvals on or off whenever you like.
Chimr is $50 a month, all in, for one local business. There are no tiers, no add-ons and no surprises. If we ever change the price we will tell you first.
Cancel any time, with no lock-in and no cancellation fees. When you cancel, Chimr keeps running until the end of the month you have paid for, then stops. You can disconnect any platform at any time.
Chimr is provided "as is." Content is generated with software assistance and may require your review; we do not guarantee any particular reach, engagement, or business result. We don't control third-party platforms and aren't responsible for their availability or actions.
Chimr and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify Chimr against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or any platform's terms.
You may stop using Chimr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or as needed to protect the service.
We keep replies and posts within Google, Facebook and Instagram's own policies so your accounts stay in good standing. Those platforms set their own rules, and we cannot control changes they make on their side. You agree to use Chimr only for genuine, honest activity for your own business.
We work hard to keep Chimr reliable and to show you clearly whether something posted. We cannot promise the connected platforms will always be available, or guarantee a particular result for your business. Chimr is provided as is, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
